Just noticed a very strange behaviour with ReaVerb, and found out that it seems working only with mono IRs. Using stereo IRs won't spread the reverb and will have some phase issue. Looking at the O3A Flare it shows a reversed S.

Hello everyone. This is really amazing work. Thanks so much!

When making your own ambisonic fx using this method, you will find yourself linking a lot of parameters. Is there an action based/automatic way to do this? It's very tedious!

If anyone is interested, I made a UberMod version of this track template (only AU though, since the VST version is a bit unstable on my Mac machine at least, sorry!).

I just create a sent channel and introduce a stereo reverb putting before this ATK stereo encoder and last the corresponding stereo decoder. I'd like to know if that's wrong.

I'm not sure, are these templates producing a 360 reverb on stereo ?

I've been making a few of these for my own collection of stereo reverbs. With plugins that have only a dozen parameter linking them by hand isn't a big deal. Just looked at one that had about 50, and thought better than going through the 150+ clicks to do them all. Does anyone have a quick way to link all the parameters from one plugin to another matching one?

I think you can get your hands on the action "Script: spk77_Link selected tracks FX parameters.lua" through ReaPack. If you select the track and the fx you want to link the parameters of and run the action it will automatically link up all their parameters.

Close, but not quite. Something goes strange with this script when there are 3 plugins linked to each-other. Like some of the changes on one are proportional on the other two. Also it doesn't save the linking in the FX Chain, so I can't make easy to load templates.

At least the ReaVerb track template works on even Linux. Maybe if the plug-ins have different IDs on the Mac it might not be able to find them. Check the first one on the list with ReaVerb, and make sure that works.

That one also make for a nice generic template to replace the ReaVerbs with your own stereo reverbs. (You'll either need to link the controls between them after being replaced. Or probably easier, save your settings in one reverb, and load that preset in the others. The latter is nice because you can put a little variation in the height and depth verbs.)

cannot open - I test the ones I got plug ins for - Valhalla, reaper.
I either put them in the template folder or just drag them into reaper
I´m sure I´m doing something wrong, but don´t know what.
I can of course drag/Drop or open my other track templates.

I just put them in my "TrackTemplates" folder, and then go to the Insert menu and choose "Track from template", and they're listed there. Pick one, and it loads a new track with the required chain in it.

Send 1st Order Ambisonics to that track, and it processes the audio with 3 stereo reverbs, and returns it in 1st Order again.

That's how I have mine set up and how I intend it to work.
