Default Change reaper tempo with floating point precision

The problem of setting the tempo with actions is that you can't set a tempo with a decimal part (e.g., 190.7), because they only accept the coarse/fine parts of an integer representation.

Is there any way of setting the tempo with floating point precision?

The problem is that I'm using REAPER 3.51 and that function wasn't incorporated until REAPER 4.x

Anyone knows some trick to do this on REAPER 3.x ??

Edit .RPP file in plain text editor, maybe, or perhaps ReaConsole.

But seriously, why not simply upgrade to 4.x?

Is it possible to have an irrational number for the tempo? I write all of my songs at precisely the Golden Ratio.

I also insist on tuning everything to A=432Hz because it vibrates better with the universe.
