Default ninjam + jack feature request(s)...

Would it be possible for the client and the server to send each of its incoming remote audio channels to a separate jack channel?

This would be very nice to do on all platforms... maybe an external mixing program/control surface can then be used, and recording/mixdown could happen live or afterwards by anyone who wants to.

The other way around too... can at least the client be altered so that individual ninjam local input channels could come from a jack source?

This would be important for me, I just don't know how to set it up correctly.

I am on OS X and have Jack running and Jack is the default audio device. In theory Ninjam should show up on my connections manager, but it doesn't...

Anybody out there who knows how to get Jack running with Ninjam?
Its pretty essential as my sound source is entirely coming from a Max/MSP patch...
(I don't want to incorporate exyernal cables, as it seems "ugly" for me...)
