BCF2000 Presets ?

I would like to get my BCF2000 working with more than just the P-1 layer does anyone have a link to some sysx files for this as I can only seem to find PFixer which only has encoder and panel preset 1. Thanks v much.

I suggest using the CSI extension for this. It gives a huge amount of flexibility.
A while ago I created a lot of files for the BCF2000. Currently I'm trying to make everything work again with the latest version of CSI. You can find some documentation and see what is supported. https://navelpluisje.github.io/reapinger-bcf2000/.

I hope to finish this version this week and will then also be available by the Reaper stash.

- missing download links
- spelling mistakes and some words not translated
- some things in CSI that aren't in the instructions

Hi Mr. Reverb, Jon and viewers of these posts,
I just updated the project. It's available on both Github and Reaper Stash.
Please let me know if there are any findings, so we can make it only better.
Also did a lot of changes in the docs. I hope most of the issues there are fixed (English is not my mother tongue). If not, also let me know or create a PR for it.

the link in my sig is pretty much all the historical stuff on the forum about bcf2000

there are syssex msgs to change to a specific preset on the unit - and that can be made into a toolbar if i recall - i might go away and try and find something.

if you scroll the instructions and just grab the track template, that should be a reacontrol midi instance with the syssex msg already in it. route track midi to unit.

its the only way i found to achieve 'on demand' sending of sysex from reacontrol midi... I then managed to figure out the actions to allow use of buttons/keys instead of cc controllers to do the job.

It seems like the whole Installation section of documentation went missing. But somehow I got it working.

There's a bug with CSI where you can't see the surface on the right side until you click on a Page on the left, even though it is already highlighted as in my screenshot



I don't know what settings to use on this window. Does this look right?




Is it correct that with your layout you cannot select more than 1 track?

Documentation has been updated. Somehow Github didn't got triggered well for updating. The documentation you saw was the screen reader friendly version. I have to update this version this weekend. You should see the regular version now. Maybe you need to do a hard refresh.

The CSI bug you refer to does not happen on my Mac. Maybe a Windows only bug? I dunno.

Also effects and sends can be set to 8 (updated in the documentation also)

For now you can only select 1 track. I can add multi select. Think it's a nice addition.

selecting multiple tracks is something I use a lot in MCU mode and the only thing I noticed was missing.

I don't think I will use the plugin control very much until I can a better position for the BCF where I can reach it with both hands.

I just added 2 channel select options. The first one for selecting a range and one for adding random channels to the selections.

I don't know if it's just me but I'm having a hard time getting the effects mode to work.

Should be:
select track, bottom shift + home button

?

Home and Sends are working great.

That's correct. After clicking the bottom shift & home button the effects menu for the selected channel get selected. Now you have to select the effect you want to edit.

You can select and open the effect pane by clicking the Bottom-button of the effect. This will open the effect pane and makes the effect selected. Now you should be able to edit the effects settings.

The lack of a display on the BCF2000 doesn't make it easier.

I was overthinking it!

Today I just managed to modify one of your fx zones but when I try to make my own it doesn't seem to work at all. I'll keep reading through the docs and keep trying
