Middle click/drag in MIDI editor
The option to set up mouse modifiers for middle click and middle drag in MIDI editor is not present currently (5.211). It would be fine to have this option.

Is there any way to set this up in reaper now?
I wish to set edit cursor to mouse cursor by just clicking the middle button like in the arrange view but to me it seem that it's not possible to assign anything to the middle button in MIDI editor like it is in Arrange view... Strange!

I'm trying to get comfortable with Reaper's midi editor here, but this is hindering me.
I really don't like the idea of having different commands in different editors for basic operations (such as edit-cursor to mouse with middle-click)
Could we have this, please?
