Default Help - VST not showing

SOLVED
Hi all, I bought some AIR vsti’s, didn’t authorise in ilok properly, entered the serial when prompted when I opened reaper but had already entered in ilok... went back to ilok, authorised it but reaper doesn’t find it.

So far I have:
Used preferences to point directly to AIR folder and rescanned
Clear cache and rescan
Uninstalled vst I and reinstalled - repeated the above
Updated to new version of reaper - repeated the above.

When I updated reaper, it scanned the plugins and I saw AIR plugs pop up on the screen but reaper froze...

Similar problem when I tried to reinstall sforzano sfz player...
It’s available, but no GUi, not for vst or stand alone.

Please help, I’ve done something wrong

Thanks in advance!

What o/s?

What location did you install them?
What air folder have you pointed to? You need to specifically point to the plugin dlls which normally are not installed in the program folder.

Are they all 64bit? Is your system 64 bit? VST2? VST3? Both?

Uninstalled from c drive and reinstalled to D drive.

Reaper found it from there.

.dll was where I thought in the c, and tried to rescan but no luck.
I think my C drive is too full and causing issues?
Had a few other plugs disappear, but not my everyday use plugs so didn’t worry too much about it.

Will have to reinstall a few to the D drive and clear out some space. (And but a larger SSD drive for my C!!)
