Default Sonic Visualiser

I came across this and thought it may be of interest to some here:
https://www.sonicvisualiser.org/

It was developed to view contents of audio files, made by the Queen Mary Uni in England.

It can do lots of useful things, especially with 3rd party plugins. Lately I've been using it to decipher harmonies to make cover versions of songs. It has a "chord finder" plugin. But you can also easily create a spectrogram of only the usual melodic range of a song, slow it down, and find the pitch of the notes with your mouse.
