Does anyone have a copy of the manual for Klinke's MCU extension v0.6.4? The old Dropbox link is dead.

Default wrong version
crap, I finally got back around to trying to figure out my issue with the MCU , and realized the link posted is to the most recent manual, I need the manual for the older version that supports the mackie control extender (MCE) Does anyone have that?
