Keeping JS with Reaper settings?

Is it possible (or worthwhile a FR) to keep JS scripts where Reaper keeps the rest of the settings (application data on windows)? For the sake of portability (I'd like the Reaper installation folder to be kept disposable).

I see a JS path option in the preferences but how would I configure it to point to the settings folder without being tied to a specific location?

Makes sense?
