Default Midi-out problem - external synth Solved !!!

I have another thread on this in the main forum, so sorry for the double post.
Thing is, I am desperate because I can´t get Reaper to send Midi(Notes) to external hardware.
I would myself consider being a more advanced Reaper user for a couple of years now.
I work with synths since the early 90ies, so midi is very common to me.
When I bought a Novation Circuit I never thought to run into such problems.

This is my current problem and I would appreciate any suggestions
My setup:

Nektar LX88+ (Masterkeyboard) -> USB Midi to Reaper (works as expected, VSTi, recording, etc.)
Novation Circuit (connected via USB Midi to Reaper) works for Clock Information only.
That means the internal sequencer of the Circuit runs perfectly in time with Reaper.
Problem is, I am not able to play ther Circuit via the Nektar Keyboard.

Have a look at my settings in the send window and the preferences.

In the meantime I got it working on a portable install but my main install is messed somehow...don´t have any clue what to do.

Default

Just for the record and maybe someone will run into similar problems.
I made a portable install which worked.
I then exported the config file to a regular install - done.
