DropBox and MacBook Pro M2 Max

I am having a problem when sharing projects via DropDrop when created on my new MAc Book Pro M2 Max. When others open the project on there computer, there having to click on search to find the video files. This only happens when I build the project on my new Mac Book Pro M2 Max. I have been doing this for the past 2 years without any issues at all when using PC.

What is it that Mac is doing to make this happen?
