Default Undo settings options...

Is there a way to apply undos only for editing and mixing actions?

For example, if I make an envelope visible and I don't want it to create an undo point... Let say I do a simple automation on a volume envelope, then I want to undo it. Before undo it, I make volume envelope visible (using a shortcut) especially to see exactly what it will undo... It's kind of impossible because the undo action will make disapear my volume envelope...!

There's a few actions like this I wouldn't like to create undo points...

There's already a few options concerning this in pref/general/undo settings but not for display actions...

There are no undo options for that. But if you are e.g. undoing an envelope edit, just keep undoing until you are at the step you want. Or select the given spot straight from the undo list. If that undo state had visible envelope, it will be visible again when you undo it. If you first make the hidden envelope visible, you are indeed just creating a new mark into undo history, while your intention was to go back.

Most welcome. There's also a fast way to access the undo list. In Options/Preferences/Appearance, you can select Show last undo point in menu bar. It is actually on by default, but could be easy to miss. So, like the preference suggests, you'll see the last undo point in menu bar...and simply clicking that action name will open and close the undo history.
