Forget I said anything, the less you know, the better you'll feel.
I'm happy about the eventual lifting of the 64-channel limit, in any case.

Hi akademie,
My main concern was related to:
After navigating between Sine...Saw..etc ... When closing REAPER he asks to save the project and the user choose YES.
This is done, when reopening the REAPER, Format LFO None, assumes Sine, Saw etc ... and not as None.
Thanks!

He's probably referring to the FX Container thread.
Meanwhile @Sexan was working on a really cool FX chain routing GUI script that might satisfy all the needs of the users on that thread. Would be a great workflow enhancer.

If I recall correctly, Justin was talking about increasing limit upto 512 channels.

it seems to work but you will have to allow the resizing of the rectangles so that the words go whole

A small quality of life addition I came to think of: add CLAP to the duplicates menu (FX browser -> right click -> Show in FX list -> Duplicate plugins of different types), if it's not too much of a hassle (or if it makes sense) to implement of course
The menu would probably need some slight redesign/rewording with the inclusion of CLAP. This on Windows, I don't know how the menu works on Mac (is AU included?) or Linux.

Do you mean if you have some plugin in VST format, allow replacing it with the same plugin in CLAP? Not sure settings/presets could be keeped, because different formats use different data structure, maybe I'm wrong with other types against CLAP.

No, this is just about what's displayed in the FX browser (with VST2/3 you can display both, or hide either when you have duplicates).

Ah sorry, now I understand better your previous message. Well If CLAP, then LV2 should also be included to this list.

And AU for the Mac folks I guess? And DX on Windows (does anyone even use DX plugins anymore?) Must be almost 2 dedaces since I've last even seen one
Of course my curiosity is tickled a bit why this is restricted to VST duplicates only.

Yeah, JS would also be lovely. Replace Pro-Q with ReEQ.
I guess they are just most used types.

Nnnoo, it doesn't work like that. Only for filtering duplicates of the exact same plugin in different formats
