Adding a kick, deleting all takes,

1. Adding a basic kick.
Couldn't find where I can do this, instead of metronome I want to get a steady kick to record with. What would be the easiest way to do that?

2. Deleting all takes. After I recorded 4 takes and I select all of them, pressing delete doesn't delete them and pressing CMD+delete, also deletes the other tracks (which I don't need deleted) at the same TIME, how do I select all the takes of a specific track without deleting everything in that selected time range

3. Real instruments. Do I have to download them? Where would I get them from? Are there better/worse ones?

what are real instruments?

in the metronome you can set a kick sample to be the sound and you can set whatever pattern you want

you should be able to just select the take[s] you want to delete and hit delete key.... works for me
