Default Quick way to remove all envelopes on a track?

I need to be able to remove all the volume and pan settings on up to 50 tracks!!

Is there a quick way to remove these on a bunch of tracks I select?

Oh dear..

Inheriting projects off other people is such a nightmare!!

Is there a way to select an envelope such as volume and delete all its data points so as it all goes back to default 0.0?

Disabling is not quite enough because I need to rewrite them myself later anyway.

I found a way of doing this though..

Select a time range and tracks to remove envelopes on.

click on a point in one event to select it.

envelope context menu "delete envelope points in time selection"

do this for each volume, pan etc.

A bit of a faff but not as bad as having to do all manually.

If you haven't downloaded extensions I'd suggest you to do so from here:

http://www.standingwaterstudios.com/

Close Reaper and install them.

Load reaper, load your project and go to Actions->Show action list. In that list you'll find now 'Xenakios/SWS: Reset volume and pan of selected track(s)' and 'Envelope: Clear envelope'. Use these 2 actions to reset your tracks.

NOTE: Don't forget to select the envelope lane before trying to run 'Envelope: Clear envelope'

Is there an action to simply close the volume envelope view for all tracks, without re-setting their values?

I just want to hide them.

I remember there was a way to do that in Cubase.

Thank you.

You can select all tracks and hit this action - Script: CS_Toggle Item or Track Volume Envelope Visible depending on mouse context.lua
