Default Create multiple midi tracks from one - EZDrummer

I have some projects where I created one virtual instrument track for EZDrummer. Like manay, I did it as it was quick and easy to layout the song. But I realize like most I should have created multiple virtual instrument tracks to separate the kick, snare, hi-hat, etc... so I can have individual control for plugins on each one. Should I have started off that way when I had the option?

Not necessarily.

Open the FX bin for the track that has EZD on it. Highlight the EZD vst with your mouse and then hit the "options" button. Then select "build multi channel routing for selected FX".

I don't have EZD, but in Superior Drummer, you then have to go in to the mixer and route each track to whichever of the outputs you choose.

Just what I needed. Thanks!
