I've got Toolbar 3 set up with several actions/icons and would like to get it to Toolbar 4. I've tried exporting Toolbar 3 and then importing it into Toolbar 4 but it doesn't work. I get a message "ReaperMenu file does not have menu for 'Floating toolbar-4'".
I would think this is what Exporting/Importing was all about.
yes, if you edit (e.g in notepad) the .reapermenu file of the current toolbar and change the first line to the number of the toolbar tab you want to change it to... that should do it. odd but true.
more tabs and detachable ones would be lovely BTW... to anyone listening.
Heh heh, it's kind of ironic, the reason I came across this problem is because I just downloaded your ReaWave to check it out and I think you mentioned useing Toolbar 3.
ha, was also kind of why i knew the answer too, ran into it before..!
currently coming up with a few tweaks to it actually, taking advantage of new reaper features, that i think should make it neater - tho just using the toolbar on a zoomed item can be handy.
its more a familiarity and lack of clutter thing than any 'new' or significantly different functions.
ideas for other features/fx that are familiar to wave-editors welcome too.
