Default 2.4 pre4 mouse-wheel bug ?

Hi Guys!
I experience gaps/glitches in playback if i want to zoom in with the mousewheel. I dont remember such problem so its something new possible bug. I have mIRC running as well and there are glitches if i scroll in mIRC with the mousewheel (while reaper is playing back audio). I have never experienced this before.

Have u met this problem?

Well, this is interesting as we're talking mousewheel - the Logitech Setpoint drivers now do not seem to upset Reaper. This could be due to the recent mousewheel changes in Reaper, or due to the new Logitech drivers I installed today!

You could find out for sure by rolling back Reaper (or not, if you think it's tempting fate)

By not upsetting, do you mean no glitches or no scrolling while zooming?

Yes, it seems to have stopped scrolling when zooming. I just rolled back to 2.3 briefly, and the problem does not return - thus, on the face of it, it's the new driver that's provided the fix. It seems to be

"Control Center Version: 4.60.122
Driver Version: 4.60.122"

and it arrived yesterday by an auto update operation. Rather a large download, though - about 40MB I think!

Setpoint being 40Mb is hilarious isn't it?

But great news if it's now no longer causing the "two scrolls at once" issue!

I have never found any updates with Setpoints version checking option. Not only you need 55mb setpoint drivers (64-bit version)

You also need uberOptions to make setpoint usable:

Not blank here. Maybe you need a new mouse driver to view the page.
