Default Minimize, maximize and restore docked windows

It would be a nice feature addition to be able to minimize (meaning hide) the docked windows at the bottom of the screen. You don't really need any of the docked windows all the time and you could get more screen real estate by hiding the windows when they are not in use. There should also be a restore button to immediately get the windows back when the need arises. For the MIDI editing window a maximize (meaning full screen) button would also be very useful. I guess you can't sort of achieve the same by using floating windows but I for one don't like them and refuse to use them.

While I'm at it, the default zoom level for the midi editor should definitely be one step out.

Any comments..?

Try alt/d - that should do the trick.

So it does! Still it would be nice to have a button for it and the option to maximize a window would make MIDI editing a bit less daunting. Although keyboard shortcuts are great for more experienced users, I think all functions should also be available with just the mouse.

Thanks for the tip.
