As a bassist,I wanna hear a good bassline. I can't really hear a bassline. I can sort of hear some bass notes in the background, maybe it's my imagination, or my TV speakers lol.

it's a very short piece, hard to develop any themes.
Drums sound great to me. you have a base to build from.

Not enough bass guitar tone. The kick drum sounds OK, just there's no integration of kick and bass. In this genre you want the bass to be the 'note' that the kick drum hits. Might be worth upping the bass an octave to see where the big gap in tone is.

1. Overall guitar main riff is too loud and is poking out WAY TOO MUCH in the track. Drop it down a dB or 2

2. The bass has no definition and seems buried.

3. Some of the rhythm on the guitar track is way out 1:12 -1:15 spot

*Dig the riff and the intro

---are there any other timing issues?

1. Maybe throw a delay on one side as well, short one

2. What is the midi sound you are using? Run a compressor on it 6:1 ratio. Tube saturation of some sort maybe

3. A lot of the timing is your eb and flow with he track so its hare to say what you want tight and not. I just noticed that spot for sure. You could try quantizing the audio to tighten it up say 32nd or 16th notes value

4. Kick drum could have a little low end EQ taken off but thats a taste thing IMO

The bass guitar might as well not be there.

1. Lead VOX is getting buried.

2. Bring it up some or turn down those guitars a bit, your choice.

3. Dig the tune so far, keep rocking!!

**Also, the kick drum when the 1/8 notes section rocking are a little too much

1. Is the guitar panned hard left and right? If not make sure it is to make room for the lead VOX

2. Bass up 1 dB

3. VOX up 1 dB

4. Turn down the kick at 1:43 when they do those 1/8 note sequence.

**Dont be scared of your voice, its fine. I know as guitar player its a tendency to hide in the mix

Getting better there

Heres a tune I did drums, mixed, mastered here this year. Style is different and no electrics. Artists choice ya know

In the intro, there's loads of scope to hear the bass melody, but you can't.
In the main song, it sounds like the bass is on a really low octave setting; no power. Turning it up would make it muddy.

If this was being played in a physical space, it wouldn't be like standing out front. It would be with your head in the guitar cab.

It's very good, btw.

The distorted Guitars are hard panned
The clean ..there is just one track for the fingerpicking intro and one for the clean solo

1. Getting better.

2. Bass is still hard to hear and not defined IMO. Bring it up a bit and EQ some. Im listening through my monitors here BTW. Bass balance is hardest to get right IMO.

**Get your tune out of my head its catchy and I woke up hearing it, haha
