Video Effects Requests: Swirl, Ink/Sketch/Paint Filters, Crystallize Distortion

Heya!

In the middle of editing a video project using REAPER.

It's really incredibly to me what REAPER is capable of doing with video, being a DAW. A lot of the free presets and effects are really usable.

Couple effects I'd really like to see, and I feel are missing:

• Crystallize distortion

• Swirl

• Ink, Pencil, or Painting filter effects

Anyone with the time to take a swipe at these, I'd be glad to send a PayPal donation their way. A great example of the effects above can be found in the Paint.net freebie software.
