Default Reaper has lost connection to 4 plugins suites

Hi, I have lost connection to plugins made by

Melda - not showing up
SSD5 Drums - gave fatal error
Waves VST3 versions - broken and lost names
East West Play - gave fatal error

I have reinstalled all these plugins/suites, reset and scanned paths, searched for duplicates, done maintenance on the C drive,

This problem has something to do with links/permissions or names I think, however it hasn't stopped all of my plugins.

I've reinstalled Ilok and everything is activated, repaired sectors on C drive, updated windows, chkdsk /f , ran system file checker etc. Bunch of restarts.

Since this is affecting multiple plugins from different companies, I think its a Reaper or Windows issue. I don't know where to get help other than here

Could you give us the full spec of your computer & operating system?

This does sound like a combination of Windows issues.
...and maybe problem(s) with your reaper VST plugin location file

Just noticed your errors all seem to be related to vst3 versions.

As far as the waves one is concerned, I assume you are using Waves Central to do the installations?
Best bet is to make sure you don`t have any old waves files or folders hidden away on your machine somewhere (LOTS of unlikely places for these) then uninstall ALL your waves stuff & re-download and install using Waves Central. Provided you are 100% thorough, this should fix the waves one.

Also, make sure you are looking for the right name in the right place for SSDSampler5.5, as it is a vsti (instrument), not a vst (effect) & it may be as simple as needing to rescan or clear/rescan and then look in the VSTi section. Another easy way to check this is, once you have rescanned, right click in the tcp blank area & click on the insert virtual instrument in new track option. This opens a list of all the virtual instruments installed on your system.

What version (####) of windows?

Also, MSCVR120 is from VC++ 2013, maybe that will solve something.
