Default Where Apply track FX only where track has video items?

Hi, Sorry strange English. I used Reaper for Video Edit. So I have probrem.
Reaper is can attouch Track Video Fx. But Reaper Fx for Aply all Item. That is have issue for Fx Pan,Zoom,Opacity or Fx Overlay.
I want Disable All time Fx Apply. So I searched. Found this.

Hi.
It's located in the FX. When you bring up the FX window, highlight "all effects". Add Video processor. It should be at the top. Load the "Basic helpers: Apply track FX only where track has video items" preset.
