Track color only affects track name background?

I have a customized rado theme. Tagijirus made a customization for it as well, which only colors the track title backgrounds. He has forgotten how he did it though, unfortunately. I'd like to try this out, and see if I like it, but I'm not sure exactly how to do that.

It's apparently made possible by adding tinttcp and peaksedges lines into the rtconfig. But those Rado themes are V4 (Legacy) themes, not V5, so not totally by the book...almost like lucky success.

Ok, thanks! I don't fully understand that, but I think with that information and downloading that theme, I should be able to figure it out.
