Default Updated to Ubuntu 20.04-can't find Carla VST

Hi there, I just updated to Ubuntu 20.04 but Carla didn't make it through the update apparently. It doesn't appear in Reaper's plugin list. However in the package manager it is still listed as installed.
Is there an easier way to get Ubuntu to see it or do I have to reinstall it?

Thanks in advance!

After further invesigation it seems that Carla isn't compatible with Ubuntu 20.04, so I'm looking for another way to use my soundfonts, Kontakt and a few other VSTs.

You can still do things the old-school way though, by just going to the site

https://kx.studio/Applications:Carla

or add KX studio repo with the instructions from here
https://kx.studio/Repositories

I thhhink on Ubuntu, you should finish with
sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade

so it all then shows up in your package manager

Also, Python 2 has reached end of life so that even affected DisplayCal and some others, but they say when the devs have updated their stuff, it will be added via Backports PPA
