Who's got the music?
I had some good feedback on my first track so thanks....This track has took me a lot less time to "finish". (A week, compared to numerous weeks for the first one haha)
Hopefully there are improvements each time I try this mixing, mastering thing.
Anyways...Here's "Who's got the music?".
Have a listen if you like...
Cheers

Sounds good on my headphones.
Previous was distinctly early Talking Heads and this one..very Beatles....I thought.
Enjoyed listening.
Cheers!

Like the song/vocal/playing etc but overall on my studio cans it came across as almost mono. Maybe a bit more work on the panning? Just a suggestion. Might be worth looking at the JS Stereo enhancing plugs in Reaper.

Rhythm and lead guitars are basically hard panned, how more stereo can you get? Maybe you have mono switch enabled somewhere on your side
Very nice song and performance, OP!

First thing I checked. Can't help how it sounded to me, just an honest, hopefully constructive opinion. If it gave the OP something to consider, that's good, I believe. Maybe my ears need de-waxing?

Nice job. Love the sound of the seventies. However I would make the sound a bit more agressive, analog. Specialy the drums sounds bit lifeless to me. The guitars would sound much better with more tube sound.. just suggestions.. Otherwise it's very good.

Thanks! Something to think about! I had a really nice sound on the guitars but during the time I've been messing about with this I lost it somehow and couldn't replicate it again....I'll maybe try to think of another way somehow....
