MIDI Grid is invisible even if toggled and zoomed

Hello ! I've searched in the forum to find my problem but I wasn't able to find a solution and doesn't see the problem listed in the MIDI bug bestiary.
I've acquired a new Windows 10 computer and installed Reaper. It was already the case with my other computer but I didn't had the problem I want to summit to you.
I've attached to this post an image of the MIDI file opened and my problem is that the grid is invisible. In the overall software, the grid is ok, the MIDI grid is the only problem.
I've toggled, as you can see, to show the grid and nothing appears, and if i put it off, there is nothing happening. If I zoom or dezoom, there is no grid either.
I've also looked at the list of action to see if the grid was in a color that would be the same as the background of the MIDI file (and it's not).

Can you help me ? I hope it's me just not good enough in technical english to understand the situation, haha...

Edit : Forgot to put my config, sorry. I'm on Windows 10 64bit, Reaper V6.15/x64

Hello, i tried uninstall and reinstall to see if there is something different but no, the midi vertical grid is still invisible.
Is there someone who can help me ?

Ok, tried again to uninstall and reinstall and it worked !

The weird thing is that this time I have some icons instead of text in the squares under the file bar.
Maybe it was part of the problem ?

PS : Now I have Reaper 6.16, maybe it was a problem on 6.15 ?
