Default how to fix video wobble?

I'm working with an old public domain animated video, and while it has its charming qualities, there is just a trace, however noticeable, amount of camera wobble. I've tried some of the on-line stabilizers and haven't found them effective. Any suggestions or tricks?

Never mind, I found a tool outside of Reaper that looks like it will do the trick. Video stabilization is whole 'nother level of thing. It looks like it needs a full featured video editor.

decent free solution: VirtualDub + DeShaker plugin.

In principle, we could do that same thing in the video processor, but it’s way beyond my pay grade.
