Default vst in midi editor

Add a shortcut in the midi editor to open the related VSTi.

Also the following actions might be of use:

"View FX chain for current/last touched track"
"SWS/S&M: Toggle show FX chain windows for selected tracks"

Those can be linked to a shortcut and/or added to a floating toolbar, which can then be pinned and positioned somewhere close to (or over) the MIDI editor.
