Increase menus entries limit > 1024

Currently, every menu has a limit of 1024 entries. Would it be possible to increase this?

For example, REAPER ReWorked uses ruler/arrange menu as a sort of "main entry point" where it has most of the REAPER features listed and it would benefit from having this limit increased.

It's the limit for each individual menu. So for example, ruler/arrange menu can have in total 1024 entries (each entry can be an action, a separator, a submenu which actually takes 2 entries and label)
