Keyboard Shortcuts do not work on FX windows anymore

Hey guys,

this is the most strange thing I ever saw in REAPER.

I don't know exactly when or how it happened, but in a big session of mine suddenly when I select an effect from the track FX window, ten hit ctrl+c to copy, go to another track, open it's FX window and ctrl+v, it instead copies the original track!

I am aware of ctrl+drag etc.

This goes so far that even if I de-select any tracks and only go to an already open FX window, select an effect there and hit ctrl+c it says "Error - No Track Selected!" - WTF REAPER, I am trying to copy an EFFECT! I have done this hundreds of times, for experimental reasons I copied & pasted HUNDREDS of effects at the same time. Now it's bugged, I have re-installed REAPER, no success. I am wondering if this an OS setting or something...

Has anyone ever encountered this bug ?

EDIT: Holy shit, got it. After pressing ctrl+b to bypass FX it instead opened the FX Bay.
After that I thought "hm, seems like REAPER does not focus the FX window". And thankfully enough, however the hell it happened, in the FX window/options "ignore shortcuts, send to main window" was selected. Have no idea how it happened but everything is fine now. Damn. Crazy.
