Seamless Square Envelope Point Shape

I love using square envelopes but sometimes they cause slight clicks if in the change in waveform is too sharp.
It would be really cool to have a "seamless" square envelope point shape (either as a new shape or as an on/off toggle in preferences).
It will seem and act like a normal square, but under the hood it's sort of a "fast end" shape with a very steep curve.
So to our ears it sounds square, only getting rid of the click.

Hmm no I don't think so...
Assuming I understand this option correctly it doesn't have anything to do with what I was describing.

It adds however many milliseconds, or fractions of a millisecond, to square envelope points added dragging a selection, or any other "automatic" way of adding a square point.

I’m not 100% sure what are automatic points, but I add my points manually.
I’ve tried increasing the value of this setting but it did not affect the problematic clicks at all.

Okay. I add square automation by dragging the envelope line in a time selection. This setting lets me control the ramp value in milliseconds.
