OK so this broke something on my end. I have a screenset that has a layout like this:

So the MIDI editor is always on second screen to the right, on top. I also load this screenset via a global startup action (because when I modify a screenset with some docker size changes, it never updates reaper.ini even if you literally did that change with the mouse just now, so you have to force a screenset load on startup).
Since this build, Reaper will not open my screenset as above. The whole top right area just isn't there anymore. Even if I update the screenset with a MIDI editor opened and focused and docked properly. So every time I open Reaper now, I'm greeted by this:

And I then need to create a MIDI item and double-click it to get the top right docked MIDI editor to show up. That's pretty bad IMO...
What to do now? Is there any way we could have an option to always show MIDI editor even if we don't have any MIDI items in the project? Or rather - why should this even be an option? Shouldn't Reaper remember the state of MIDI editor stored in the screenset and recall it, regardless of MIDI items existing and/or being selected to edit or not?
For the record, these are my MIDI editor preferences:
I suppose the key option here is "[ ] Close editor when the active item is deleted in the arrange view".
