If not, me and "lanceaustin" (likely others as well) would sure like to see the drag handle down to maximize functionality that was removed put back in.

Edit: Never mind, a REAPER user (thanks Edgemeal) fixed this problem that has been making me wonder since last Spring why I keep paying for REAPER updates.
