REAPER STOCK LAYOUT
This may seem stupid to most of you, but I really need to ask this. I have had Reaper for over ten years. I HATE CHANGE. This means that I have used the "stock layout" all of that time unless there was an up grade that had a "change" that I had to take.
I love it because I have used it so long, I HATE CHANGE! I some how hit a wrong button yesterday and in trying to get back to my stock set up , I must have hit a wrong button, and now my whole layout is strange to me. Yes I can use it, but I want what I had: The stock setup and layout. The more I try to get back to it, the farther down the Rabbit Hole I go. Can some one help me get back to the "Stock" Layout before I lose my mind? Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you.

Can you post a screenshot so we can see what's messed up? As far as I know there isn't a simple way to return to a stock layout...
