saving scripts - setting default to all files?

i'm saving a series of scripts in lua but when i go to save the window always comes up showing eel scripts and i have to go change it to lua to see the previously saved ones. is there any ini setting or preference someplace that let's one save to 'all files' or 'lua' option?
