Default AU / VST UI and Yosemite 10.10.2

Hi,

General query: anyone having issues with AU or VST UIs on 10.10.2?

Some of my UIs fail to respond to user input but are controllable from the automation lanes.

Any similar experiences?

All the best,

Ricky

I am on 10.10.3 , Reaper v 500pre30 - 64 bit.

I encounter your issue ONLY with Waves plugins, which is a longstanding issue, well known by now in this community i suppose.

I have built an AU component where each parameter will snap to its default value when I try to change the value using my mouse. If I use the automation lanes, I can control the AU with no issue at all.

The AU component in question seems to work just fine inside of Live. Any ideas why this might be happening inside of Reaper only?

I have attached the component to this post.

All the very best!
