All but Cockos and JS Plugins Gone

I just opened up a project I was working on last night and all my plugins are gone, except for Cockos and JS. Everything was fine yesterday and I made no changes to my computer or directories. I rescanned and did a cache clean/rescan, but nothing is brining them back. Has anyone had this happen all of a sudden like this? If so, were you able to fix it?

Have you checked that the paths are stillin vst reaper preferences?

Try to install a new version over current one and while installing, check all the needed ticks.

Try importing the latest Reaper configuration file you exported!
