Default "Multi-Quote" feature
Btw,

This is more of a forum question, but when posting a reply, how does one use the "Multi-Quote" feature?

This is what I do. Hit quote, put in your response, copy the entire thing. Hit "back" on your browser, go to next person you want to reply and hit quote, respond, and paste your text...etc.
