arm for recording bug

I think I found an automation bug:
Open the attached project and unarm the mute lane for recording. The track is not muted anylonger but the "M" still shows a muted state. I think this is no expected behaviour.
Clicking on the mute knob then mutes the track and another click unmutes it as expected.

Confirmed (5.201 x64). Tooltip ("Not muted") also wrong.
