Hi.
It does with DDP, but not cue/bin. Check out more in this thread.

thanks for the reply but i'm afraid i'd already seen this.. i just can't find anywhere simple instructions on how to embed the code.. ok looked again and although i can't see simple instructions maybe that's because there isn't anything simple about it.. will study the thread again and try and make head or tail of it.. all a bit over my head at the moment

That thread is the most confusing thing I have ever read. I do not even know if it says how to do anything.

Sergej, that created the DDP plugin for Reaper has created a marker list window that will enable us to type in the codes, but Cockos hasn't put it in the latest Reaper build yet. Maybe it will come soon. For now, you can look in the render dialog under DDP, and click the ? for instructions.

# markers recognize this keys:
- "ISRC" number for audio track
- "TITLE" or without a key for track's title
- "PERFORMER"
- "SONGWRITER"
- "COMPOSER"
- "ARRANGER"
- "MESSAGE"

MARKERS EXAMPLE:
1. "#Intro|ISRC=012345678901"
2. "#Second track|ISRC=012345678902"
3. "!"
4. "#TITLE=Third track|ISRC=012345678903"
5. "!"
6. "#Last track"
7. "@My first album|PERFORMER=A good band|EAN=0123456789012|GENRE=Pop|LANGUAGE=English"

Here's a screenshot of a maker that has ISRC for DDP

Reaper can't burn a DDP yet, but I'm hoping they will consider this.

There is a request for ISRC codes to be implemented for Reaper.
You can vote here http://forum.cockos.com/project.php?issueid=2398

Hope this helps.

Thanks Wyatt, that was really helpful just to see a screenshot

DDP is different to IRSC I take it? I'm understanding that Reaper CAN burn a CD with IRSC code embedded, using the method described above?.. just so I'm clear..
thanks again

First of all It's ISRC, and not IRSC. Are we talking about the same thing?

Here's a link for you to check out that describes what ISRC is, and what is does.

DDP is a set of files that's your master, kinda like a pre-mastered cdr that's sent to the pressing plant, except DDP is delivered via internet.

If your wanting to burn a CD in Reaper with ISRC, CD text, etc.
It's not possible yet. You will have to use another program, like WaveLab, CD Architect.

Since the DDP can be created with Reaper now with ISRC, CD text, it can be burned with other software like Sonoris DDP Player

Kinda confusing for now, but I'm hoping the devs will consider a way implementing burning of DDP, then everything could be done in Reaper.
