Keycombos to CCs JS script
Hi All,
I can't afford a midi controller with lots of nobs and buttons but I do have a controller keyboard with one CC slider so I wrote this JS script that lets me translate that CC to loads of different ones by holding down different combinations of keys.
The base note slider sets where you want your first hotkey to be. Holding that key and notes up to an octave higher will generate 12 different CC codes.
The "banks" slider determines how many hotkeys you need - up to 10 for a total of 120 CCs.
The initial message slider determines whether the key combos themselves will send a CC message.
Use MIDI Yoke software so that you can route the MIDI back into reaper to control automation and things.
