Any themers familiar with Logic Pro X

Hello. I thought this might be somewhat similar...
In Logic Pro X the selected Item (it's called a Region there)
gets bright over the roof,
like there's some sort of emergency or something...
And because it's just another selected Item... Region,
it would seem logical (or normal) to brighten it less —
just enough to make obvious that it's selected/highlighted.
So, while in REAPER it relates to item_bg_sel.png image,
what can be done about it in Logic?

Guys from several conferences don't seem to know,
so I don't hold my breath.
That said, why not ask here?
