Can't put Master track (from Mixer) on the side with full height

As title says, I can't put the Master on the side (either left or right), it always gets split in the middle while I want the left side where I put the master track to be on full height. What am I doing wrong? I show on the .gif the issue I have.

- from your gif, you need to double-click the pane divider line (green), which will place master in full height. And same for the top, you can double-click the pane divider to have the master below Top of main window
