Feels very "vegas-ey"

Is there a way to not have to control click to deselect after a split?
After 30 seconds of review LOL heres what I know so far....
mousewheel zoom: AWESOME!!!!
s to split: AWESOME!!!!
autocrossfades: HELL YEAH!!!!!!

Oh yes!!!!
I think I can see where we are headed here!
The moment I saw the bus button was in and the phase rev button was out.. I rejoiced! So nice to try things like selecting multiple tracks and moving a fader and finding that they move together as one would expect.
Oh.. and a mixer! How yummy!
Please bear in mind one of the greatest disasters in the Vegas paradigm was the change of routing from version 4 to 5 - where suddenly track pan settings no longer reached aux sends. As long as I will be able to have a reverb bus which knows the stereo positioning of my individual drums I'll be happy!
(Another mistake was adding video instead of MIDI of course)

This is fantastic. Kudos to Justin!
Really looking forward to Reaper's further developments. You can count on the support of us Vegas (audio) users - please check out: http://www.crossfade-forums.net/forum4/433.html
The potential of this program is very, very exciting. I've got plenty of suggestions, but I think it's only fair to let you add more of the basics before you're bombarded with ideas from us!
Cheers

I'm thinking about the first (maybe just unselecting the left side), and as for the second, once record is armed you can choose channel inputs.. as far as outputs, everything gets mixed into the master mix...

Just unselecting the left side seems OK, my main beef is that at least over here, once something is selected you actually have to control click to deselect it, instead of just clicking it, maybe a bug or something wrong with my setup

No that's intentional, but maybe people don't like it...
