Ah ..good then... glad you got it to work and hopefully learned some more along the way so that you feel 'in control' of what you want to do now...

thanks for the kind words but remember what Forest Gump said, "Awesome is as Awesome does"..

Now you could make and save a project template of that and have it ready to load as your own "My KEWL PAD" instrument.... eh?
A video of this would so go viral.

I'm still trying to process the concept + it's composite elements + options... I can ALMOST picture it...

The pictures are a great touch, 1000 words and that... HD narrated screen capture @ even 10fps = enlightening!

This will be the third thing I try, after the second thing (RTM project vst's > wave?) ... the first being how to 'perform on channel 2,3 etc' from my 'midi controller' - a psr170 (midi->usb)

Is there any way this could be illustrated? (ideally with video capture... It seems I have to imitate for the self-'educate' bit to work!)

Trust me, no REAPER related video will go viral.

Default am having problems Installing the Authorisation Manager

I have managed to get the standalone sampletank up and running but each time a run it I get a message telling me I hae only 9 days left to authorise it.

When trying to authorise it I get the following error messages:

An error occured while trying to replace the existing file
DeleteFile failed: code 5
Access is denied
Abort - retry - ignore(not recommeded)

I retry several times. No luck.
I abort and start over. Same problem occurs.
I ignore (not recommended) and trying to start the AM the same error messgae is displayed only this time instead of doe 5 it says:
code 32 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
Abort retry ignore

Anybody have any suggestions?

Many thanks Oliver
