Default Question about renaming a zip files contents

I downloaded a few themes for Reaper. I'd like to rename some of the file folders and .Reaper Theme Files. Personally, I prefer the name simply Vintage instead of Vintage_ui. But when I tried to cut the files from the zip folder and then rename them with the intent of placing them back into the zip folder, Windows complains about invalid or corrupted something. I guess Windows does not like it when I try to do this.

Is there a way to rename these files to a name of my choosing, and then placing them back in their proper zip folders? Not a really big deal, but if there is a way, please let me know.

Default

I found a way. I noticed that some of these themes only have a .Theme file with no accompanying manila folder to go along with them. I think that's because they use the default icons and stuff that comes with Reaper.
