Default ReaFir INI hex(?) format

Hi everyone!

I'm looking to write a little widget that converts all my filter curves from their current format and chucks 'em into Reaper's ReaFir EQ curve presets.
(It'll be easier than building curves with 100-200 points by hand)

Can someone explain to me the apparently hexadecimal format the presets are in, in the vst-reafir.ini file?

I run it through a Hex->ASCII converter and it's.... it's not helpful to be honest. XD

If someone could help me with the formatting of the entries, I'd be extremely grateful.

I'm assuming Name=FilterName is self explanatory
I'm guessing Len=[n] is how many points are on the curve.

I need help with how the hex values in Data= are formatted, and what they do, so I can write a quick little conversion utility script. Thanks! ^_^

I'm... guessing nobody knows how to actually read the thing then? T_T

Either that or I've asked in the wrong section of the forum, in which case, mods, if you'd care to move the thread to the appropriate place for answers, I'd be most grateful. Thanks!
