Default Simplest way to record Windows audio in Reaper?

Until now I was switching to the WASAPI driver so I could quickly record audio from Windows (YT, Spotify & co) but I noticed that I often get glitchy audio. So I would like to find a workaround, preferably that doesn't require installing a dedicated software. Is there none?

With youtube you can just get video download plugins for your browser and may Spotify.

Thanks but I'm looking for a simpler way to do that, surely there must be one?

What's glitchy about it? WASAPI loopback is by far the easiest way.

well I tested some things like banana, WASAPI (audacity is good for that). But I always have some problem with drivers and glitch, especially trying to get the sound of reaper recorded as well (for video proposes). For me the EASIEST way is to feedback my interface (as I have 8 channels IN )
