Default Any way to batch-process files, extracting BPM and adding a count-in?

I'm in a weird situation where I have a huge folder of about 300 MP3s to which I'd like to add a tempo-matched count-in, but instead of doing each one by one I was hoping maybe there's a batch command or Audacity action that would be able to do this for me??

Anyone know of any feature like this in Reaper, either with SWS extensions or some kind of plugin?? I would ideally like this workflow:

* import multiple audio files (MP3 mostly)
* get tempo for each one
* add a 4/8 bar count-in
* normalise and render out, overwriting the old MP3 files

Anyone know how I might go about making something like this?
